Are prices fixed?
Package prices are starting prices. After a short call you get a written quote with a fixed price for the agreed scope, and that price does not change.
How does payment work?
Usually a 50% deposit when the contract is signed and the rest on delivery. Larger projects can be paid in milestones. We issue e-invoices.
Do prices include VAT?
MFB Solutions is not in the VAT system (Art. 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act), so no VAT is charged. The listed price is what you pay.
Can I pay for my website monthly?
Yes. Landing (€30/mo) and Starter (€59/mo) are available as a subscription including hosting, maintenance and support, with no setup fee or minimum term.
What happens if I stop paying the subscription?
Let us know and the site stays live until the end of the paid month. If an invoice goes unpaid without notice, the site is paused after a reminder and 14 days.
How much is maintenance for a site I paid for once?
Maintenance and support for one-time sites starts at €49 per month. Static sites often need no regular maintenance, so it is optional.
What if I need something that is not in a package?
Extra work is billed hourly (€50/h) or as a separate line in the quote. The calculator above gives an estimated range for common add-ons.
